Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a community based non-profit nursing and rehabilitation center with an open admission policy, focused on providing quality skilled nursing services to residents in a caring and dignified environment.
Our 282 bed campus provides state-of-the-art therapeutic nursing care for a variety of needs. We are committed to providing a holistic atmosphere in a manner that promotes dignity, independence, and well being of each individual while also providing an environment of comfort and pleasant accommodations.
Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center was established in 1829, meaning we have been part of our community for more than 189 years. From 1967 to 1997, it was known as the Cumberland County Nursing Home. Then, in 1997, the name was changed to Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
We pride ourselves on providing Patient-Centered care using an interdisciplinary team approach that includes the family, caregivers and significant others.
Everyone, from house services, the floor staff, the social workers and especially the people in the rehabilitation area were extremely conscientious about treating everyone in a helpful and courteous manner.
