Chaplain Jacqueline Cook comes to Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center with 26 years of ministry experience. Jacqueline completed her Clinical Pastoral Education Residency at Penrose-Saint Francis Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado and received her Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary in Seattle, Washington. She is an ordained minister with the Federation of Christian Ministries (FCM) and endorsed by FCM for professional chaplaincy. She is a member of the Association of Professional Chaplains and The Spiritual Care Association. After moving to Carlisle in 2015, Jacqueline served as a Hospice Chaplain in Franklin, Adams, and York Counties and as a Staff Chaplain at Geisinger Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill, PA.
Jacqueline and her husband, Christian, have been married 19years. Christian is an instructor at the Army War College at Carlisle Barracks. They live in Carlisle’s Historic District with their rescue-dachshund, Rigby. In her spare time, Jacqueline enjoys noodling around on the guitar, photography, knitting, and taking long walks in the borough. Once settled at CNRC, she plans to pursue her board certification with the Association of Professional Chaplains.
