Family of David Long
The staff is friendly and devoted to the patients. I found it amazing how well the staff knew each patient and their special needs. Our family and friends tell us that we couldn’t have picked a better place for Dave.

Dementia Care
At Heritage Harbor, we provide and foster a holistic care environment in a manner that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being for residents with Dementia or individuals with persistent cognitive impairments. This secured unit provides a safe environment for us to care for your loved one. When your loved one needs a higher level of care it can be difficult to handle on your own. We are here to help make the process as easy and stress-free as possible.
Dementia can be a challenging disease for both you and your loved one. Having your loved one live in our community, you can feel confident that we will help them with their individual daily needs. This will allow you to enjoy spending time with them and not have to worry about their safety.
There is no way of knowing what route your loved one will take with this disease. There are many factors involved with the progression, so that there is no way to tell if it will be slow or rapid. Each person takes their own journey through the disease process.
